This Online Training consists of 4 sessions of 1,5 hours of joyful exploration of the Embodiment of Change. You will learn new ways to navigate the natural body pathways that have you hardwired for the evolution of compassion, joy and bliss.

In each class, we combine scientific insights and theory with practical exercises, yoga and breath work. Setting you up for greater resilience in body, mind and spirit.

Our objectives

  • To give you the tools and knowledge you need to invite in the life you truly desire for yourself.
  • To empower you to be your own healer and to have ownership over your own wellbeing.
  • To help you reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can make decision that are aligned with your higher purpose. For that, we dive into our nervous system and HeartCoherence, as well as our hormonal and immune systems and a lot more.
  • With this knowledge and experience navigating uncertainty will be a lot more fun!

Course Structure

Part 1: Reconnecting with Source: Exploration of the Nervous System and Vagus Nerve. (Duration 1h30min)

From unsafe to safe, explaining the Vagus Nerve and the Social Engagement system. Using body and mind exercises, yoga, and breathing.

 

Part 2: Alignment: HeartCoherence, heart-brain synchronization. (Duration 1h30min)

HeartCoherence and Heart-Brain synchronicity, the power of loving kindness and heart opening yoga exercises that help you embody the power of Love.

 

Part 3: Intuition: Hormonal System and Heart-Belly synchronization (Duration 1h30min)

Holy Hormones and the need for Vitality and Intuition. Heart-Belly connection, body and mind practices that strengthen the kidneys and help to bring hormonal balance.

 

Part 4: Connecting with certainty: Immune System and the biology of healthy beliefs.(Duration 1h30min)

Science and spirituality of the immune system, the need to feel clarity and accompanying Yin Yoga practice supporting the earth Element.

What will you need

  • A yoga mat
  • Cushions/pillows
  • A tennis ball (or similar)
  • Some comfortable clothes
  • A notebook and pen in case you want to take notes
